My tracking hasn’t updated. Should I panic?
Not yet. A new number can sit at “label created” for up to 24 hours until the carrier scans it. Packages also skip scans between hubs. If nothing moves for 5 business days (10 for Canada), send us a note and we’ll chase it down.
It says delivered, but I don’t have it.
Check the porch, the mailbox, the side door, and the neighbor who “borrowed” your mower. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a day early. Still missing after 48 hours? Reach out and we’ll open a claim with the carrier.
The tracking site says my number is invalid.
That usually means you’re on the wrong carrier’s site. Canadian orders shipped with GlobalPost won’t show up on USPS. Paste your number in the box above and we’ll route you to the right tracker.
Something arrived damaged.
Ugh. Snap a photo of the item and the box and send it our way. We’ll make it right. Your trophy deserves a better landing than that.
My order had engraving. Does that change anything?
Engraved orders take a few extra days before they ship. Once you have a tracking number, it’s already engraved, boxed, and on its way.
