Armchair Engraved Plaques (our most popular)
The Armchair Engraved Plaque measures 2.625" x 0.8" and fits:

Changed your league name? The League Name Replacement Plaque replaces the front plaque on an Armchair Series trophy.
Championship belt plaques
- Belt Mid-Plate Plaques: up to 6 per mid-plate, 35 characters per line, in gold or white.
- League Name Plaque (End-Plate): one to three lines for your league name or a single champion.
- Full-Plate Logo Engraving: your black-and-white league logo, or a custom champions layout, across an entire mid-plate.
Need more room? Blank mid-plates and end-plates are sold separately.
Plaques for discontinued trophies
- Original Golden Trophy Plaque: fits the original Golden Trophy (pre-2023, square base) and The Glove. If your current plaques have gold lettering, this is the one.
- 14" Lombardi Plaque (2" x 1"): fits the 14" Lombardi base, Crown Trophy and Action Sport perpetual trophies.
- 9" Lombardi Plaque: fits the 9" Lombardi base.

How to order
- Enter your text exactly as you want it engraved. We engrave exactly as entered, so double-check spelling and punctuation.
- Match the format of the plaques already on your trophy. On Armchair and 14" Lombardi plaques, the top line is bold.
- Prices are per plaque. Order one for each champion you're adding.
- Plaques have an adhesive backing: peel, stick and you're done.

- $5 flat-rate shipping in the contiguous US. Free shipping on orders over $200.
- Items with no engraving ordered before 9:00am CST ship the same business day.
- Anything laser engraved adds roughly 3–5 days of processing before it ships.
Need a new trophy with name plates?
Our perpetual fantasy football trophies hold up to 25 years of champion name plates, and our championship belts hold 12 to 24 seasons on their side plates. For the last-place finisher, the Perpetual Horse's Ass holds 15 years of loser plaques.

Which plaque do I need for my trophy?
Every current FantasyJocks perpetual trophy, including all 25-Year Perpetual trophies, the Armchair Series, The GOAT and the Perpetual Horse's Ass, uses the Armchair Engraved Plaque (2.625" x 0.8"). Championship belts use the Belt Mid-Plate and End-Plate plaques. If your trophy is a discontinued model, check the discontinued trophies section above, or send us a message and we'll help you find the right one.
How do I attach the plaque?
Every plaque we sell has a peel-and-stick adhesive backing. Once it arrives, peel off the backing and press it into place on your trophy base or belt plate.
How do I match my existing plaques?
Enter your text in the same format as the plaques already on your trophy. On Armchair and 14" Lombardi plaques, the top line is engraved in bold. We engrave exactly as entered, so double-check spelling, punctuation and capitalization before ordering.
Can I fit two champions on one plaque?
On the championship belt, yes. Belt Mid-Plate plaques can hold one champion on 2 lines, or two champions on 1 line each, which doubles the belt's capacity from 12 to 24 seasons.
My trophy is discontinued. Can I still get plaques?
Yes. We still make plaques for the original Golden Trophy (pre-2023 square base), The Glove, the 14" Lombardi, Crown Trophy and Action Sport trophies, and the 9" Lombardi.
How long do engraved plaques take?
Engraved plaques add roughly 3–5 days of processing before they ship. Shipping is a $5 flat rate in the contiguous US and free on orders over $200.
Do you make plaques for trophies from other companies?
No. We only engrave plaques for FantasyJocks perpetual trophies, current and discontinued, so every plaque is cut to fit our bases and belt plates.
Is the price per plaque?
Yes. Plaque prices are per plaque, and plates for the championship belt are sold separately.
